Our Policies

On the day of your appointment

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We will notify you in advance if we are running late and kindly ask you to do the same. Please advise us of your ETA if you are running late. We will do our best to be accommodating, but please keep in mind if you are running exceeding late we will have to reschedule your service(s).

We require a credit card number when booking any service(s) that exceed an hour. If you have to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we have the ability for another guest on our waiting list to take your place.

We do understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to reschedule your missed appointment. If you no-show for an appointment longer than an hour, you will be charged for the service(s).

 

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Apple Pay. A nearby ATM is available for your convenience. Gratuities will be charged as a separate transaction and will be given directly to your Artisan.
 

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request 48-hours notice. We require a $50 deposit on all appointments of an hour or more, but understand that emergencies happen.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled service. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Health & Safety

The safety of our clients and staff are our highest priority. We always maintain the highest standards and have implemented procedures in accordance with the CDC & the state of NJ's health & safety protocols. If you are feeling unwell before your visit, please contact the studio immediately to reschedule your appointment as soon as safely possible.

 

Please advise your stylist of any allergies, medication or health conditions they should be aware of.
